SECTION 1 — SHIPPING RATES:
Standard shipping within the United States is $9.99. Retail orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before applicable taxes. Wholesale and special-quantity orders are excluded and quoted separately.
SECTION 3 — TRACKING & DELIVERY:

Standard orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days after carrier acceptance, but delivery dates are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be sent by email once the shipping label is created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Elev8te Labs is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect address information, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Returns
SECTION 2 — ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time and may be extended during periods of high order volume.
SECTION 4 — RETURNS AND ORDER ISSUES:

Due to the integrity and chain-of-custody requirements associated with research materials, all sales are final and unauthorized returns are not accepted.

Claims involving damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be emailed to elev8telabs@gmail.com within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected products. Please retain all original packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Elev8te Labs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the issue resulted from an Elev8te Labs fulfillment error.
