• SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY AND RESEARCH ACCESS
You must be at least 21 years old, possess the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and purchase products exclusively for lawful laboratory research. If purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Elev8te Labs may refuse, limit, suspend, or cancel access and orders when it reasonably suspects ineligibility, unlawful activity, fraudulent activity, product misuse, or violation of these Terms.
• SECTION 2 — RESEARCH USE ONLY
All products supplied by Elev8te Labs are intended for research use only and are not for human or veterinary use. You agree to handle, store, and dispose of all products in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and best laboratory practices.
Due to the specialized nature of these materials, all fulfilled sales are final, and unauthorized returns are not accepted except where otherwise required by law.
• SECTION 3 — PROHIBITED USE
Products may not be resold, relabeled, misrepresented, administered to humans or animals, used for household or personal purposes, or used in connection with unlawful activity. Elev8te Labs does not provide dosing instructions, medical advice, treatment recommendations, or guidance concerning human or veterinary use.
• SECTION 4 — PRODUCT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION
Elev8te Labs makes reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, strengths, images, prices, availability, and documentation. Minor differences in packaging, labeling, color, or appearance may occur.
Certificates of Analysis correspond only to the specific tested lot identified in the document. Analytical results for one lot should not be interpreted as results for another lot or as a warranty that a product is suitable for a particular application. Purchasers are responsible for determining suitability for their intended lawful research.
• SECTION 5 — ORDERS, AVAILABILITY, AND PRICING
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. Elev8te Labs may refuse or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, suspected misuse, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.
Prices, product availability, and promotions may change without notice. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, Elev8te Labs will provide any refund required by applicable law.
• SECTION 6 — PAYMENT AND TAXES
Purchasers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and order information. Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and may be processed by independent third-party payment providers subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Purchasers are responsible for applicable sales, use, customs, and similar taxes or fees unless Elev8te Labs is legally required to collect them.
• SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Standard domestic shipping is $9.99. Retail orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before applicable taxes. Wholesale and special-quantity orders are excluded and quoted separately.
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard orders ship through USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery generally occurring 2–5 business days after carrier acceptance. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Purchasers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Elev8te Labs is not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect address information, carrier disruptions, severe weather, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
If Elev8te Labs cannot ship within the stated processing period, the purchaser will be notified and provided any delay, cancellation, or refund options required by applicable law.
• SECTION 8 — RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS, AND ORDER ISSUES
Due to the integrity and chain-of-custody requirements associated with research materials, all fulfilled sales are final, and unauthorized returns are not accepted except where otherwise required by law.
Claims involving damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be emailed to elev8telabs@gmail.com within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Claims must include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the shipping box, shipping label, internal packaging, and affected products. All original packaging must be retained until the claim has been reviewed.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at the discretion of Elev8te Labs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless an issue resulted from an Elev8te Labs fulfillment error.
Orders that have not shipped may be canceled when required by applicable law. An “all sales final” policy does not apply to merchandise that Elev8te Labs fails to ship or to refunds otherwise required by law.
• SECTION 9 — DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, its content, and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Elev8te Labs disclaims express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot legally be excluded.
No information supplied by Elev8te Labs creates a guarantee concerning experimental outcomes or suitability for a particular research application.
• SECTION 10 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elev8te Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from website use, product handling, product misuse, shipping delays, loss of data, interrupted research, or experimental outcomes.
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, the total liability of Elev8te Labs will not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
• SECTION 11 — WEBSITE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Elev8te Labs name, logos, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, and written content are owned by or licensed to Elev8te Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Website content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, scraped, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization. Users may not interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated systems to disrupt website operation.
• SECTION 12 — PRIVACY
Collection and use of personal information are governed by the Elev8te Labs Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Third-party services, including Wix and payment or shipping providers, may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
• SECTION 13 — GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
• SECTION 14 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Elev8te Labs may update these Terms when business practices, legal requirements, or website features change. Revised Terms become effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued website use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
